Bought a sirloin steak and it wasn't the best I've ever had. Steak was very chewy and tough. The honey wheat bread brought to my table for a starter was not the best. I will not be eating here again. Service is excellent though.

Went here for lunch with my friend for her birthday. We both had broccoli asiago soup with an order of fries. The soup was delicious. The fries were pretty good, but a bit salty for my taste. Our waiter was friendly, attentive and helpful. He even took a picture of us. It was a good experience.

Stopped here for an early dinner. Husband and I ordered the ribeye and filet. The ribeye was a little overdone. Ordered medium rare. Decent flavor. Filet was melt in your mouth tender and cooked perfectly. No steak sauce needed. Green beans were delicious as well. Service, iced tea and bread were all great as well.

Service was excellent! Atmosphere great! Not a lot of menu choices, barely any fried food on the menu! Inexpensive! I had the BBQ braised beef sandwich, it was good. Would go back but it wouldn't be my first choice!

The most tasteless steak I have ever put in my mouth. Definitely not worth the money spent. Will not be returning. Waitress was good but the food was below par!

I hate to say it but the service of this restaurant is far from my expectation.

We went again today to Longhorn Steakhouse. We were seated right away and were pleasantly surprised to have our favorite server in town, Michelle. I had the Triple Bacon Sirloin. It tasted great and was cooked perfectly and did I mention it had TRIPLE BACON!!! My wife and daughter had the Balsamic-Raspberry Seared Chicken and it was really tasty and they loved it. They do a great job on the chicken dishes that we have had, always thick, tender and juicy. Our meals came out just as we were finishing our salads. Michelle was waiting on 6 full tables and she never missed a beat. The manager stopped by and made sure we were happy and we were!

Coming from Texas, I know a good steak. I had a ribeye, it was a great steak. The employment is what threw me off. They left off part of our order, which is ok it happens. They were just very apologetic and throwing the blame to everyone else. The manager even came over, which is great, but the way he delivered it sounded like he was telling us our waiter just ran over our dog. I think I almost saw a tear swelling up. Also, our waiter was was way too overworked. Looking over way too many tables thus not being able to wait on us until we were at our table ~10 min. Some people may enjoy the over apologetic-ness. Too much for me, especially when we weren't upset/angry. TL;DR: good food, weird staff.

Very disappointed in what they called "ribeye" steak and asparagus which tasted like burnt straw. Manager comped asparagus. Decent salad. Bread and Wild West shrimp appetizer excellent. Service attentive and good. Uncertain if we will give it a second try unless we see improvements.

Unimpressive in too many ways to mention. OK if you insist. Crude floor manager was rude to us as I mentioned that the pepper grinder was splitting the pepper pod's in half not grinding them. She grabbed it ( I mean really grabbed it) and adjusted the screw on the grinder handle and shoved it back like we had put her out for mentioning it. We had a group of 8 I believe. One guy at our table bit into his hamburger and came away with a paper cheese wrapper or pattie divider. The cheese soup was other worldly like made of cheese from mars or beyond. Waitress was sweet but untrained to the max. She took the burger with the paper back along with one or two of the soups from Mars and was told by the same floor manager to comp it and then she said she was told it would come out of her pay by the hottie tottie floor manager gal. She was almost in tears by the time we left and the group made sure she was confiscated for any money the she had been ripped of for by the manager gal.

Their food is excellent. I love their Sierra Chicken and Caesar Salad. Their bread is good too. The only two issues is at the music is loud at times in there, as well as they are quite pricey. I don't get to go all too often, but it does make a nice occasional treat when I get in the mood for their chicken. It probably is the best steakhouse in Hot Springs.

So far... no bueno. They won't cook a burger any less than medium. I've never heard of a steakhouse that won't cook a burger medium-rare. My sweet tea was not sweet at all... and then after sending it back, the next one was unsweet too. So I ended up having a medium burger... and a Coke. The burger was just okay and had too much bun. Also, someone I was eating with got his burger... and although they wouldn't make mine less than medium, his came medium rare. It was undercooked from "MEDIUM"... but if they'll serve that -- why not prepare mine MEDIUM RARE? And, I'm not impressed with the bread either. Fries were pretty good though. Maybe the steaks are better.

Had the Outlaw ribeye and it was the best steak we had in years. Service was great too! No tables available and a long line but, the atmosphere was great in the bar area. We will definitely return!
